Clients can request cancellation of a service within 24 hours of the initial project kickoff or payment. However, once the development process for custom solutions like ERP systems or Dashboards has started, cancellation fees may apply based on the work completed.
As Eccura Technologies provides digital services and custom software development, full refunds are generally not provided once the source code or project milestones have been delivered. Partial refunds may be considered if the service delivered does not meet the documented project specifications.
For subscription-based SaaS products, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are offered for the remaining period of a monthly or yearly plan.
Once a refund is approved by our billing department, it will be processed within 7-10 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
